Boards Archive] |
Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.
Please enjoy the archive.

OT: How to print from a palm/PDA?
|
Hallo all, i need some tech help from you, computer geeks.
I bought a Mitac Mio A201 and a Canon IP90: i installed a software called ClearVue: my goal is to print excel worksheets directly from PDA to printer.
I use that for job so i wouldn't like to use my laptop for it ( i have to carry it to the customers to check their stocks and the PDA is faster and lighter than the laptop ).
Now, even if everything should work, it doesn't: the only thing i can see is that a 30k file gets up to 830000 size when spooled, and obviously the PDA doesn't have enough memory to manage such a huge spool.
DO you guys knows what i can do? If there is any other plugin i can use to print from my PDA?
The PDA runs Window Mobile 5.0 Magneto: Print Boy doesn't support xls files so i can't use it, another plugin doesn't support windows mobile 5.0 so i can use that either.
Any solution you are aware of?
This stuff is getting me mad so any answer and tips will be appreciated
