Mule Trader Tutorial?

Has anyone created or posted some instructions on how to setup/use mule trader? i've never setup a trade bot, and am quite lost. also, are there any current issued with decal/mule trader. seems i heard in general chat somethign about all the bots being down, but have not been to the market to see for myself.

I'll give this a bump I'm not a total idiot but I simply do not have the time to sit down and figure out how to make this work.
I'm sure many of you understand, with full time occupation or two or 3 many of us have limited in game time.
