Okay, so I have LTxi 11.6.0.6, Decal 2.9.5.0, and Memlocs 0.0.11.2741...turn on decal, log into AC...Get to the character log-in screen, click on a player, log in. I go through portal space, see in the decal bar the red skull for LT (only decal application I'm running now), and then I see the purple/pink stuff around my character (stuff you usually see when you are logging in)...I also see the LTxi 1024x780 comment in the chat window...Then it crashes to desktop. Help heh?
Does this with ElTank as well, but other decal programs work fine when I try to run them.

You don't need to bump threads on this forum...
Threads usually stay on the front page for at least a day, and it's a holiday so many people are out.
Patience usually will get you better results than impatience... (there are many people who refuse to assist users who bump their own posts un-neededly).
As for your particular issue...
you only have 64MB of Video Ram.. that's an issue. Both LifeTank and ELTank are HUGE plugins when it comes to Video Memory usage.
Try turning down your resolution ingame, as well as the details. Setting those settings to something considerably lower should improve your performance with plugins, and hopefully allow it to run at all.
64MB of VRAM however is pushing it, so I wouldn't expect much, and I wouldn't hold your breath that it will work properly.

And I did think that was the problem (I had to RMA my RAM on my usual computer so I'm using this very old/outdated computer), but I wanted to make sure it wasn't something else.

Thanks Drakier, the Video Ram was going to be my first guess. Ac+Decal+LifeTank are all CPU and RAM hogs, it takes some horsepower to keep these running well =)
Also, your video drivers are 3 years out of date. You can visit http://www.nvidia.com/ and download their latests drivers to see if this helps, but with 64 video ram I'm not sure how it will react.
Making the plugin more effiecient is something we'd like to do, but you can only do so much =)
Update the drivers and give that a shot, but I agree with Drakier; your video card may just be a tad too old.
