Boards Archive] |
Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.
Please enjoy the archive.

I'm having it make arrows for me right now, but it's not stacking them, so my main pack fills up rather quickly. Any ideas Gouru? If you need a Decal export, just ask.

I'll need to test it. I seem to recall something about having to have packs set for stacking to work correctly however. It's been a while and my memory ain't what it used to be.

I'll set up a pack for it to move to (assuming you can set the main pack) and see what happens.
Edit: Set it to a side pack and it still wouldn't stack anything. :[

Gorou, it's an on/off type of thing.
sometimes it stacks for me, other times it doesnt.
THERE is something weird about Decal/plugins since the patch and unfortunately i did some windows updates just afterwards.
BUT besides the original no detection of moarsmuck, i've had the stacking issue pop up and now something weird with SSSort so i had to resort to using SortIt! (more sort options with sortit, but then i'm only usually sorting salvage 99.98 and 44/100 % of the time so not critical, but sssort seemed to in earlier installations have less dual logging issues).
anyway recently SSort acted up, go to sort salvage and get message select pack to sort, and i've got main or a side pack highlighted. oh well reselect and same messsage, so i de-installed and went back to sortit
these are the 3 werid issues I've seen since decal3 alpha7 and patch. not sure if related underlying issue with AC, plugin(s), decal or system. best of luck hope this doesn't totally confuse the issue.

quick follow=up on the SSSort/stack/muck issue.
i was getting the message select pack to sort (one was highlighted) but obviously wasn't being detected as selected.
rebooted, and ssort worked for awhile. then suddenly it was back in the select pack to sort mode. that was the point i got 'peeved' to turn it off and go with sortit!.
now the only thing that i could have done after the reboot to cause troubles other then just playing AC is that occassionally i'll select decal turn off plugins (questtimer, sortit/sssort, findit) and turn on another makeit.
then when done with the crafting of beers or whatever, reverse the on/off situation and go back to playing AC.
