No spells in updated Ltx?

I didn't see this posted yet...I updated my Ltx to the newer version available and now it doesn't load up ingame. I get the icon but there are no spells in the tabs.
Finally got the rest of my plug-ins working including El Tank, Sort It!, Mule Trader and Make It!, so there doesn't seem to be an issue with Decal itself. I also made sure I had all the current updates of the programs listed on Ltx's homepage.
Any ideas?

just so you know, running any of the It! plugins in conjunction with ELTank or LifeTank is an EULA violation (except for the mule trader and mule shopper since those were previously owned by someone other than Gouru).
All of Gouru's original plugins like SortIt! FindIt! MakeIt! all have an End-User License Agreement that prevents usage in conjunction at all with any Combat Macroing plugin.

Hrm, maybe I am slow here but why would anyone care if you use the two plugins together. There is something I must be missing...

Gouru - the author of the It! family of plugins does not like any kind of combat macro plugin. As such, he expects the users of his plugins to NOT use combat macros. For example, Eltank and Lifetank.
