Boards Archive] |
Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.
Please enjoy the archive.

Would take me quite some time to fill all the trophies/critters stuffs up, plus I'd miss some because I'm dumb. Anyone (like, say, Gouru) already have such a list filled?

Trophy's are pretty much by toon, so I could release mine but you'd still have to manually edit the xml file. My low level toons hunt for stuff differently than my high levels. All my toons look for 'sellable' stuff, but they are each customized to look for items they personally can use (ie. a noob archer will be looking for 250 bows, my wifes high level archer does not)
Also, what I hunt for seems strange to a lot of people. For instance, I pickup pyreals. What can I say, IRL I pick up pennies.
I don't mind posting my file, but please understand it won't be usable directly.

I'd love to see it. It certainly would be more usable than the out of the box one .
Picking up pyreals never made sense to me. It's like picking up every item that's worth 10k (since 10k pyreals takes up an inv slot). If I picked up every 10k item I'd be full in minutes. I pick up pennies IRL too, but I certainly wouldn't if I had to stop every three feet to pick up another one.

Heh... You're not a professional penny picker then!
A couple of years back a friend of mine bought a shiny new metal detector the week before the hydro races. The morning after the races he invited me to go along with him to Lake Washington (it's in Seattle) to a spot where a good portion of the spectators had ponied up the cash to watch the races. I kicked back, enjoyed the sun, and several brews while he played with his new toy. About two hours later he had about 190 bucks in change (along with quite a few other items like rings and even two expensive watches), of which about 40 bucks were pennies. Most of the coins were found in the vicinity of where concession stands had been located. Heck, the pennies alone more than paid for the beer!
Not bad penny picking for two hours of time.
