Best you can do is use house alarm - a lot of people are getting villas that way, I used the old fashion way, list from maggies sorthed by settlement portals, canther by cords and another by nearest towns lol

Most Villas on MT stay available for up to an hour. If I were on the market for one I coulda got 3-4 easy.

Yeah on MT I've seen 6-8 guildmates get one with no opposition in the last week.
