Plugin Request - "Major Excitement"

Anyone intrested in making a plugin that does nothing but detect Majors (Excluding Major Mana Stones) :-)
I am not really after all the overhead most detection plugins have I just want a plugin that detects Majors and plays a warning sound, thats it :-)
