Robobuff doesn't do full buffs (like trade/tinker buffs) nor buff weapons. Have not been able to get Einstein It! to work, so was wondering if there were any other buffing plugins.

Read much? Take a look at the title of the thread. Notice the last three little words? "besides the tanks?" What do you suppose that means? Words like "the" too small for you?
My guess would be that he doesn't want to use ElTank or LifeTankX. I can think of a number of reasons but many of them are likely to start the typical Tank is great/Tank is evil debate.

Castaway can, eaither as other buffs or you can setup self buff profiles. The self buff profiles isn't fancy, but they do work. Hallow Mage has created some for Castaway:

This is the updated BotSpells.xml file that can be used with the Castaway Alpha 4 program. It contains updated self buff profiles that can be used by those of you that use your bot for a buffbot in the field as well as to buff yourself. Remember to select the check box to use custom buff profiles or the bot will defaul to the "buffself" profile only.

 DUDE!!! THat is the funniest come back I have seen today.... Thank You so much... You just made my day
The only Plugin that I have used BEFORE Decal went down due to ToD, was Nerfus Buffus. Unfortunatly the Author went AWOL as did alot of the plugin authors..  It was great... would equip/unequip items as the buffing progressed, etc. but atm Tank is the only one that will do the ammount of buffing that Nerfus did.... Now if there are NON-Name Calling people out there that can write Plugins there might be a way to make one....(Wish I knew How to program) :\
