unfortunatly pk in asherons call is inherintly carebear.... so wether its Darktide or PKL on solclaim, its still nothing more than charcater versus character. Not player skill versus player skill...so stop acting like you'v all lost somthing great because PKL is being put in. All its doing is making pvp just that much more carebear in asherons call.

First I'd like to give the not to AP who started this whole thing off by making a commment about PK's dying.
Second: I'm not pk, almost never was, other than a few ill-fated (hiya Kounter ) times. Don't really know how PK will change, but once I got the idea in my head the lyrics kept coming
Lastly, there are a few people that don't seem to get that it's a parody (i.e. "It's too long" Duh - that's how long the song is  ) For the younger of you out there, it's based off of the same song as Weird Al's 'The Saga Begins' parody.

Its mostly my dads stuff, he uses it for some home recording now and then.
The soundcard is a SB Audigy with the external connectivity-unit (inputs/outputs, MIDI in/out etc.).
Studiologic MIDI controller keyboard connected to a Alesis Nanopiano.
Boss DR-670 drum-machine
Digitech RP7 modelling guitar preamp
VAmp2 modelling guitar preamp
Behringer dynamic microphone
All that stuff connected into a Yamaha mixer, then into the soundcard
Software is Cubasis VST
Im afraid all that pimp gear wont help much though, since Ive never done something like this before Ill see what I can do.

nice song bou and its true i think PK is dead *cry* i remember back in the day when me and ur red and F E A R and the other guys got to pk but now its all messed up with this PKL crap...its just to out of control. No VP No item lose its ridiculous. Instead of just throwin this crap together in 5 minutes they should have thought this PKL thing out. Seems to me they pulled an overnighter just puttin it together and said the hell with it.

This is so not cool.
THe devs are destroying the game.
PK was the ONE thing I came to AC for. The rush of levelling, turning pk, and then living your life under stress.
Everyday you'd have to kill a pk, loot, sell, and get your components. That was the rush, survival.
Now what have they done? They've made the game so noob friendly that it disgusts me.
I'm going to planetside....

This was definitely a well done parody. People usually just take the lyrics and sub out american pie and a few other words with things that match the situation, you almost redid the entire lyrics excluding the refrain, which you still did alot of modification to. This was very well done. Bravo.

Only reason I dont play Darktide is that my computer doesnt like it, and crashes out of it constantly. I cant log in, and I even have decent characters to play. I could reformat, but that would be uncool.
It's more worry-free, but thats the thing. With nothing to worry about, there's no suspense and no reward. No revenge and no crusades.
There's no character to PKL characters. At least not like MATURE PK'S (yes, they exist, I swear it) have. Anyway, its irrelevant, thats just what this non-factor thinks.
