If you want unbanned, you can't just piss and moan about it and beg. You've never tried to make things right before, have you?
I've heard Virindi has put a lot of hours into Vtank. It's her baby that she shares. If you were really nice, you'd head over to her webpage, http://www.virindi.net/plugins/ , and play with the "Donate" button a little bit.
No where on V's page does it say you can buy your way out of trouble. And if you tried, you'd probably just lose your money. But if I were in hot water, I would offer my best heartfelt apology along with a reason, such as "Little too much too drink. Loose lips". Then grease the bearings a little bit to make sure it's noticed.
