Any great free pc cleaners out there? (spire ware, registry cleaner ect) its been along time since I've had to look for something.

Actually he said "spire ware". 
But yeah MSE is a good combo with CC.

ComboFix
But I have never had an issue with them...getting several people stating ComboFix screwed up system, but I think it is more the system was screwed up and ComboFix found the problem, only it was deeper embedded than the user believed.
