Has anyone else used the mid bewitched draconid shield?..it states that the 2nd ability is 130 pt heal that has chance to proc when armor is HIT by enemy..after approx 500 blocks with my valky in laby (Dangvalk) it never once fired.. is this a Gaheris only thing or has mythic lied again?

Not Gaheris really, but it is PVE related. No matter what server you are on reverse shield procs don't work in PVE.
Sorta sucks, but I can imagine a tank with one of those and an army of yellows/oj's just healing him up. Probably op'ed but personally I would like to see that.

yw, I first found out about that back on the lance server when my first LGM was an alchemist.
I put a heal proc on a shield intended for pve and lets just say the money I lost forever burned that little fact into my memory lol.

I prefer the dragon shields regardless of the proc simply because they're easier to replace.
