Anyone got any ideas why my high value weapon loot rule wont work?

I just copied my high value armor rule and changed it to one rule for missile and one for melee, but i havent looted any in 48 hours of non stop hunting on 2 accounts. I even lowered the value/raised the bu but no luck. here it is.

it should work, but i would think burden on bows is generally higher than 500. also high value items really aren't all super common outside of leather armor types crowns and wands.

ya levelin up a rare weapon i bought, but anyways i figured it out and i feel real dumb, i had it set to keep # 0 lol

If they are on DT or Red on white worlds, they need death items to cover from dropping the rare item on death.
