Just got word the conditions have been removed, this thing is done. It's in the lawyer's hands now. I turn over the keys on April 26th.
Did a lot better than realtors estimates were suggesting. And I sold it myself so I saved some serious coinage there too!
Party tomorrow to celebrate. Then I have to start looking for a new place to live. Meeting @ the bank to pre-approve another mortgage on Thursday...

It's a bit of a microcosm of the economy so maybe it's a glimpse at the whole, or maybe it's unrelated...but I've REALLY noticed it picking up in the last 4-5weeks (real estate market). If that's just the season or what I'm not sure, but hopefully it's good news for a lot of people if this is 'a sign'.
