opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least

We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Though Mr. Romney has devoted much of his campaign to promising to get the federal budget in order, he dodged a question about whether he’ll name the federal agencies he’d like to cut. “Depends on whether I have that answer to that,†Mr. Romney said.
Raises the question. Is he the Etch-A-Sketch candidate or the Eight Ball candidate.
Answer is cloudy.

Honestly I don't like it when candidates think they know what they are doing too much because it is usually a really good sign they are clueless. Romney is smart enough to know that it will be a lot of work to produce his first real budget. (They usually don't have much time to produce their actual first budget so it is really their second one that tends to be the most representative of what they want to cut)
It is not hard to run some polls to figure out what answer will play well.
