Power Pool is at 40, caps dex, hps, acuity and Caster ToA bonuses (range, speed, damage, duration and arcane siphon). In addition all the Gaheris' resists are capped with energy and body being one below cap. This should be pretty easy to modify for any caster using the Epic SI breastplates.
Feel free to play with it. I would personally like to see the power pool be above 45 but with the dragon myth you'll get 25% arcane siphon or 1 in 4 is cast for free. With power tricks, ethereal bond and serenity, power really shouldn't be much of an issue. Hat, stave, cape, gem, and whatever you put in the r/l hand slots (caster dragon shield and Cathal Valley hammer perhaps?) should be enough power tricks to work with MCL and Raging Power.
