I think what she wants is for it to work in the first place, or in the absence of that, a reasonable wait time when calling customer service. 79 minutes is ridiculous!
Also this makes me glad I never bothered with those damn authenticators.

Guess I got lucky then when I called in to have the authenticator removed from my account after forgetting to remove it just before wiping the ipad. I was on hold only for like 2 min... but granted, this was like a year ago, maybe a year and half...

omg i accidentally hung up the phone.  well i just saw the remove authenticator form on their website and i conveniently have a scan of my driver's license to use for it. woo

Don't use that function if you don't want to wait a week or more to get into your account.
I tried it once, ended up calling after 4 days to have them do it over the phone.

Ive never had any trouble getting through on the phone in less than a few minutes, and last time I called was right after SC2 came out, so I'm sure traffic was heavy. Try calling tomorrow, since today is Sunday after all. Holiday weekend(-ish), I'm sure its a skeleton crew today.

In the meantime, there is a Walking Dead marathon on AMC all today in prep for the season finale tonight.
