Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

NEED HELP GETTING AC RUNNING WITH XP PRO

My computers video card fried about a month ago, so i bought a new ATI Radeon HD 3650. Had to reformat the computer because it wouldnt boot up for some odd reason. Now, i have AC installed,no decal, and i can login, patch, but i cant get past the server selection screen. Once i select my server (darktide in my case) the cursor turns into an hour glass for a split second and nothing happens. Ive opened the task manager to see what was happening while i did all of this, and as soon as i select my world, the acclient process ends. I do have an anti virus, i use avast! antivirus. This isnt the problem though because i uninstalled it and retried with no prevail. I also tried uninstalling AC multiple times from different sources, and installing it to different folders, also no success. I have directX 9.0c installed. Im not that computer savy so any help would be VERY much appreciated
