Yeah we need to know who the impact posters are.
Some sort of a score that averages out the number of quotes per reply and the number of replies per thread (minus your own) would probably be best.

I.e. top posters in each category:

10-20k
20-40k
...
I know I'll never make the top lists, but I'm curious to see how I rank among ppl with similar post counts.
