most countries incorrectly define what a right is and are firm believers of big governments despite the horrible history of big governments and the shabby treatment of their people, especially those not in political favor

The constitution of South Africa and the Canadian Charter of Human Rights have replaced the U.S. Constitution as a model in most of the world because it is too difficult to amend and does not guarantee the right to things such as food, education, and medical care. When any government is strong enough to take from some and give to others it is strong enough to take away from all. Such governments typically drive the more energetic and industrious people away from them as well.

They are make believe, and subject to whims of the population and govs

Ruth Bader Ginsburg made similar comments the other day about how awful the U.S. constitution was and how new governments should look towards constitutions written since the end of WWII. I had to laugh that someone that far whack-a-doodle left-wing pretends to care what is written in founding documents.

They really shouldnt look to what it is now. But what it was when it was first written. The way things are now they shouldn't look to much to the US for much of anything really.
