Decal won't work?

Okay so I used Decal before and it was fine, then I stopped my AC subscription for a few months and I'm just now returning again for a bit, and decal won't work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it twice, I've done everything I can find online and still I can't get anything to work and it doesn't even show up in game at all. Help please? There are red Xs in all the boxes and I've tried updating a billion times and still nothing. Idk why it was fine now isn't, I have the same computer etc etc.
