I do a version of this....I make it maybe 3 times a year as a side dish when having dinner at my oldest brother's house.
2 times it's a side dish when 6+ people are gonna eat it as a side dish, the other time is when I'm feeling in the mood for cheesy potatoes.
That happens maybe one time a year.
This goof....
