It doesnt have that effect on me, which is odd. The most it does is make me hyper as hell for a couple of hours and then i just come down and all is good.
I spent my college years drinking so much coffee (and popping so many caffeine pills) because between work and school i didnt have a lot of time for sleep, that 3 cups doesnt have a major effect. My body just kinda goes "meh", the hyperactivity is all i get.

Im not a fan of the flavoured coffees either, i like just regular strong coffee (hot, iced coffee is nasty) with milk and sugar (or in my case, truvia) in it.
