Nope, no need. He is going to blame his predecessor for inheriting all his problems (partially true as always) and Congress for not working with him (again, mostly true as always). He will completely misrepresent his role in creating the mess we now have and promise that only he can fix this mess that he is equally responsible for (as was true with his predecessor).
