	Dylan is there because he influenced an entire generation and moved singer-songwriters and folk music into the electronic age. The top 6 and 8 should definately be in the top ten. Prince, Stevie, and James should not. Being successful or having stamina != being great. What did those three bring to the scene that wasn't there before? Who did they influence? 	The list parameters are suspect, as are all lists of this nature - clearly sociopolitical significance played a party in an artist's merit not just artistic excellence (Marley at #11 for example).
