2 questions for the Bio majors of ACF.. getting blood work for work tomorrow

well, it's time for my yearly anyway, but if I want to stay in tier 1 for my family health insurance deductables, I need to pass 4 of the following
Waist < 40
Blood Pressure < 130/85
HDL < 45
LDL < 130
Tryglycerides < 150
Glucose < 100
I pass all of these every year, and this year should be the same.
1: how long do you fast.. My doctor told me 10-12 hours, yet work tells me its only after midnight.. which is it?
2: LOL I just drank a whole bunch of cranberry juice, and now will just drink water the rest of the night.. is that going to make any difference at all? any tips??

oh and my wife is having the baby next week.. so they said they would make some provisions for her
we both have to pass it for the family plan
I am in tier 1 for this year of '12

For my glucose test it was from midnight on. Water only after that.

BP is high normal
cholesterol is good hdl could be better with regular exercise

Not much you can do but the numbers are not tough. Might drink plenty of water but I don't really think that will help. Really you should be fine
