I just set up a profile, uploaded my resume - and use my resume to fill in the applications via the sub-sites for various agencies. I've never had to input my Selective service number, Mother's maiden name, or license # for a job.
I've had to note that I'm signed up for selective service, or that I have a license. But none of the other stuff.
