Prenatals did that to me even with food but then again my tummy was already a bit sensitive. I have to say, I was pretty fortunate compared to many gals, I had barely any nausea.
Regular multivitamins make my stomach gurgle but don't sick. Definitely take after eating, it helps a lot.

prenatals made me violently ill, I couldn't handle all the iron in them. I couldn't take them at all.

I use Vitafusion gummies. I don't taste much in the way of off flavors. They taste like fruitsnacks to me.
