How are you doing with your New Year Resolutions?

Mine were: Quit smoking. Quit eating fast food burgers. Quit polititarding up my Facebook friends.
I'm now through 5, and entering my 6th day of not smoking. All that is really beginning to level out now. The cravings are manageable. I have slept a ton, and drank my weight in cran-raspberry juice and green tea. Having this week off from work has also helped me keep my stress level down.
I completely forgot about the hamburger thing until after I'd eaten one late tonight. Oh well.
I have thus far managed to not politically fubar up facebook now for about a week. I have intentionally been sorta off the reservation for the past few days so that has helped.

Rotator cuff? Mine used to bother me when I weight lifted. Flat bench can be pretty rough on them.
