Fell and knocked myself out in my own house a couple of years back. Running for the damn phone after getting out of the bathtub and next thing I know...it's a couple of hours later and my dogs are all whining and trying to wake me up. Figure I'll probably die from falling down and hitting my head on a table or something. Unless something else gets me first.

Can't complain, though. My MIL has post-concussion syndrome and that is an awful condition.

Once as a kid. Hands slipped off a tree swing thingy and my head hit the bottom of the slide. I was alone so I have no idea how long I was out. Neighbor found me and took me home. Broke my wrist and took a layer of skin off half my face, too.

I have never been diagnosed with a concussion, but I believe I have had one. As an undersized defensive lineman on the varsity football team my "bell" would get "rung" often. ESPECIALLY on trap plays. I remember we were playing against Tumwater at home, they were in the red zone and kept running traps.
For those that don't know, a trap play is a running play in which the running back would run to one side and the opposite guard or tackle will pull down the line and try to block the defensive end out while the same side guard would try to block the defensive tackle the other way to create a running lane between the defensive tackle and end.
My job would be to collapse down the line and bash the pulling guard in order to plug up the hole with his fat ass and allow the linebackers to make the tackle at the line of scrimmage.
Anyway, Tumwater must have run a trap play to my side about 3 times in a row thinking they would be able to blow me out of the hole easily due to my undersizedness. It didn't work, but it sure did give me the worst headache.

No but I'll keep trying.
I take every chance I get to do "extreme" sports and have yet to break anything or knock myself out. Seen stars a few times failing big air landings snowboarding and once when I went full retard on a skydiving landing, but never a concussion I don't think.....

I've rung my bell more times than I can count that way. None concussion worthy though I have seen stars and done the tunnel vision thing a couple times, lol. They were spread out over a 5 or 6 year period and the second was fairly mild. The only thing I could possibly attribute to them now is that sometimes I get a doozy of a headache, although this is infrequent. No proof they are related though.

not a concussion....but i was nearly knocked unconscious playing a pickup game(no pads or gear) of football vs the varsity football team.... i was lined up against a LB from the school...i weighed 150 and he weighed probably 230...my job during this play was to jam him at the line
we were lined up and getting ready to snap the ball when this big bastard looks over to his team mate and says "watch this" ....we were about 8 feet apart and ran full tilt at each other and collided....we hit each other so hard that we both bounced backward....my vision went dark and before i was fully knocked out it snapped back(those that have nearly lost consciousness will understand this)...i've never been hit that hard before....he was also clearly staggered by it and after he recovered turned to his friend and said "maybe not"

got hit in the middle of the forehead by a thrown 8" piece of lead pipe (the round end of it hit my head, was a good throw) when i was less than 10 and can still feel the dent so i'm guessing yes

I was riding my mountain bike down a long hill with speed bumps on it, getting air on the bumps... turns out 2 of the speed bumps were too close so I landed and didnt have the second or 2 I needed to prep for the next. knocked the fk out. I remember laying on the ground fumbling with my cell phone, then coming conscious in the emergency room where I proceeded to get staples put in my head to put me back together (take THAT humpty dumpty).
as luck would have it, wouldnt you know the nurse hooking me up was one of the people who put together the helmet law in my state and since I didnt have one on, she read me the riot act.

Three, all sports related. First time round I got kicked in the head while at the bottom of a ruck, which is when the two teams in Rugby Union form an impromtu scrum over the top of a downed player who has the ball, you sort of curl yourself around it facing your own team and the opposing team can only claim possession if they drive over you, it is usually not too bad unless you happen to be in an already dirty game at which point it becomes brutal, I had my face stepped on once and a stud (cleat?) went right though my bottom lip.
Second time round I was at Cricket practice batting in the nets against a spin bowler who was trying to refine his action, he was pretty slow and just working on technique so in my infinate wisdom I was batting helmetless, sadly a batsman in the next net over pounded a ball right at the net that somehow managed to find a tear that no one had seen just as the guy bowling to me was releasing. He panicked and let go of the ball and it flew straight on at head height, I moved one way and sadly the crappy old practice ball which he had been using to bowl at me was apparently just ripe to swing in the muggy air and I swear to god the thing tracked me right into the side of my head, woke up a couple of minutes later in the back of a mates car on the way to A&E (ER).
Third time round some ass learning to ski had decided that he was ready for a red run ten minutes after first putting boots on and came crashing into the back of me while I was calmly wieghing up a little kicker on my snowboard, I heard him screaming turned my head to look upslope and tried to turn but he was going just about as fast as any bugger I have ever seen one ski in the air and then bang lights out time, woke up 50 yards downslope in a tangled mess with the guy, I was pretty bashed up all over and had a nasty cut on my leg from one of his edges and im pretty sure if I had not been messing around with jumps and park stuff that day and had left my helmet at the chalet like I usually do I would have been a hell of a lot worse off than the mild concussion I ended up with. Needless to say I don't go on a mountain without a lid these days.

Just one, when I was about 10.
Was walking across the top of the monkey bars and turned to jump off. My foot caught in the rungs and when I fell my head hit those huge square wooden beams they used to use to mark the boundary of the playgrounds. I was only out for a few minutes at most- apparently my younger brother and sister ran home to get my dad (only a couple houses away from the playground) and I remember waking up over his shoulder- he was at the neighbor's house asking them to watch the two younger ones so he could take me to the doc.
No lasting harm that I'm aware of!

Yes.
Three car sandwich accident. I was driving the middle car. I still have a bump on the skull from it. My head was bounced hard enough that it hit the metal post INSIDE the headrest of the seat.
Gave me near constant vertigo, dizziness, headaches, & nausea for about 10 days.

man I must have a hard head or something.
One time I was at a party and we ran out of booze, so I ran home and got a half gallon of vodka from my stash.. was walking back to the party (late) and I saw a cop car coming.. Being a small town with douchy cops and the fact I wasn't 21, I ran and dove in the bushes, only I didn't know there was a stone wall buried behind them. Things went dark for a second, but I didn't pass out.

Mom says I had 6 before I was 18 months old. I'm not 100% sure thats accurate as I would think having that many tough bumps on the head would cause for some sort of lasting problems. Apparently my parents had to tie me down because I kept jumping off beds and out of cribs and such. Last one (apparently I finally got some sense knocked into me) was me climbing up my brothers bunk beds and not knowing how to get down so I jumped.
