Always expect dust to raise the C value of a cpu by about 10-15 degrees from when you initially set up the system. This assumes you clean the thing out every couple of months... Expect +20-25 if you don't.

fixed it the temp issue two of the mounting posts that hold the water cooler bloc on where loose. put new silver heat paste on re-tightened the posts and now I am at 40-45c roughly.

the only issue is whether or not the rest of your components can handle something that hot nearby.
hmm... just beacuse they can tolerate those temps, does not imply that there were made to run at that temp all the time. but you know this.
