Ruth: From there, I followed the FF directions: Firefox Choose Tools > Add-ons. In the Add-ons window, select "Real Player Browser Record Plugin." Select either Disable or Uninstall. Close and reopen the browser for the change to take effect.

Ruth: At the "Add-ons Window" there is no listing of any installed plug-ins, let alone a means to disable or uninstall

I think I've had similar conversations, and with Gangmei, or his twin am sure.
After 20 minutes of repeating yourself or going through another explanation, you finally say 'Goodbye' just to get away from them! They almost always say 'I hope we have solved your problem today', when in reality they are the problem.
