There is a teaser video and we get a brief look at the Transformer 2 and oh my god, that thing just looks amazing. The tablet and keyboard dock appear very thin, like Macbook Air thin. Has tapered edges (no chunky squared corners this time). Has a brushed aluminum looking body.

Engadget says they assume it'll ship with Honeycomb and get ICS before the end of the year. But seems most other rumors saying it'll arrive with ICS.
The official unveiling is November 9th, no info on when it'll ship.

The only mention of Honeycomb in that article was an assumption by the author. It probably won't even be available until icecream sandwich anyway.

This interview makes me think it should ship with ICS.

And that is when he pulled out the Transformer Prime. Honeycomb was never mentioned, so not sure why Engadget said that.

No work, but my guess is 1280x800 IPS just like the first Transformer has.
