just downloaded it again, but 2 things are still red after update, uninstall and reinstall, repair, clean tool, still red checks

The following should be red no matter what you do because they're no longer supported.
"Version 1 Plugin Surrogate"
How ever the "Network Filters, 1, Decal FileService, <No Version>, {5E9B2FC3-C251-4589-8CE3-2BCA542B98B6}"
Tells me you're not getting a full install from where ever you DL'ed it from.
Also with it being XP, try fully uninstalling the .NET framework and start reinstalling that from 1.0 up to the new .NET framework. People who have had to do a recovery or system rollbacks have all had this issue with .NET goofing up on them.

ok i did another uninstall then the decal cleaner tool, then reinstall and now Network Filters, 1, Decal FileService, <No Version>, {5E9B2FC3-C251-4589-8CE3-2BCA542B98B6}" is not red anymore, and changed the update url to www.virindi.net.
still get black screen when i log in, gold cursor is there, game sound, but black screen.

Go check your DirextX and reinstall the 9.0c
You would think this wouldn't cause an issue do to having to need DirextX9.0c to play AC but, it has been known to be an issue with decal in the past just like .NET =/

well i deleted direct x, now when i try to reinstall it i get an internal system error, says check Dxerror.log, grrr

found a support forum for direct x, re-wrote the registry binary and string for it, shows up again in dxdiag
