They cant be bothered spending their limited money/resources on trivial non game-breaking bugs. For god sakes they are busy putting spikes on tier 2 armour to roll it out as the next new set.

If blizzard cared about pvp hacks and exploits, they would have put a stop to them years ago.
PvP has been based on cheating for SEVEN years, have you really deluded yourself that it will ever change?

minus all the folks who don't PVP
minus all the folks who don't arena
minus all the folks who arena but don't care about rating
minus all the folks who arena but only care about rating high enough to get gear upgrades fairly regularly
minus all the folks who arena and want above 2k but don't care about titles/mounts
minus the folks who are doing the cheating
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Equals: vanishingly tiny minority (of people who care enough to complain and/or unsub)
Ergo, so few people give a damn that there's no business justification for the dev time required to actually fix all the exploits.
