I would have to with either Salmon with Lemon and Dill sauce or Drunken Shrimp with Mango salsa and Lime infused Jasmin Rice. The salmon is pretty simple. Salmon with the skin on. 3 or 4 lemons take a few sprigs of dill and mash them in between your fingers to open them up then put them in a bowl. Juice the lemons add it to the dill. Make a Tin foil tray and put some butter in it and turn on your grill or get a charcoal fire going. put the tray on grill put the fish in the tray and add dill and lemon juice to the fish cook for a few minutes per side or to desired level of donesness. The drunken shrimp I will have to find that recipe.

Monkey Bread sweet, gooey, cinnamony(is this a word? lol), endulgance!!!!!! *use splenda/splenda brown sugar and cinnamon* ya won't feel so bad Ingredients 3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough 1 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup raisins Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube/Bundt® pan. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Continue until all biscuits are coated and placed in pan. If using nuts and raisins, arrange them in and among the biscuit pieces as you go along. In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Do not cut! The bread just pulls apart.

Stuffed mushrooms. I love them and I make the best that I have had, although I'm sure someone out there does one that's better.

I cook up some Alfredo sauce, liberal with the garlic. I pan cook some chicken breast with long strips or red and green bell peppers, and again plentynof garlic. Toss it all into some angel hair with a little black pepper and parmesan. So good. I also buy these turkey meatballs, seasoned, from the store. I rip them up and drop them into a pot with butter and garlic. I then mix in angel hair, and keep adding butter and Parmesan until I'm satisfied with the texture. Most people think this is disgusting until I give them a bite. Then they're all about it lol.

Thought of another one. I buy Maruchan brand japanese noodles Yaki-Soba, fresh (well, frozen, but they're fresh noodles). Let them thaw in the fridge. They come with this fantastic seasoning with a hint of ginger. I first slow cook some chopped cabbage, onions, celery, Lotus root and garlic in a bit of water until it's all nice and soft. While I do that I heat the seasoning in about a cup of water to near boiling. I then dump half of the seasoning mixture into the pan, and add the fresh thawed noodles and a liberal spraying of Pam. Increase the heat a bit and kind of stir fry it until the noodles are nice and cooked and the water is evaporated a bit. I then add the rest of the seasoning and stir fry a bit more. Throw it on a plate with a bit of rice from the cooker, booyaa. Healthy, filling, and good as hell.

pretty much anything with pasta...if I had to choose I would probably say the chicken and bow tie pasta that I make. I use this spinach dip made by Tostitos(I think) as a base for the white sauce then I add cream, butter, a small bit of flour(to thicken) and then heat it til its ready and then pour it over the chicken and bow tie pasta. I made this dish for the bf and I the other night. His sister wanted to taste some of my cooking too so I tinfoiled some up for her and we took it to her apartment while she was at her college class. She texted him later saying that it was awesome.
