90% of the Dk's I meet would fall under the play to be bad so you should fit right in with them.

Rogue is pretty fun for a little while. Stops being OP in the late 60's IMO.
If you can learn to play a mage well then yes go for mage. Personally it's about as opposite of my playstyle as I can get so I don't care much for it. ~_^
