Due to a crash had to redo everything go to install decall and says. It cant install it in ac even though I click on the program any help

You should uninstall decal and all of your plugins, then go to http://skunkworks.sourceforge.net/misc/CleanDecalReg.exe and run that. All of those -1's and <No Version>s that are showing up in your export are bad.

It wants me to click on the ac file i do and wont accept it if you look above it doesn't recognize it

I'm assuming you're running Vista or Win7
You need to install EVERYTHING to C:/Games (make the folder and install it all there)
[Portal Path] : C:\Users\jaj\Documents\Asheron's Call - This is where you have AC installed currently
That is a write protected directory. If decal and the plugins are installed there too, that's the problem.
Also, you need to go back to the list in the sticky and do the VB runtimes again. They didn't get installed. They show up in your export as the C++ files.
Edit: Actually, the best thing you could do would be to uninstall everything and start over from scratch, following the directions in the sticky post. If you scroll down about 5 posts into it, there is a detailed walkthrough for installing in Vista/Win7
