trouble running certain plugins

After the most recent patch, all my decal plugins worked fine, from what I can remember. I haven't been playing much, and I log in after a few days of not playing, and some of my decal plugins are missing. I try updating decal, re-installing them, and nothing is working. Anyone else have this problem recently and/or know how I might be able to fix it?
The only plugins working right now are LifeTankX and Mule Trade it. GoArrow, Alinco(Buffs), and my radar mod will not show up in game. When I configure decal outside of the game, they show up and I can turn them on/off, but I still can't get them to work in game. Any ideas?
*edit* would also like to point out that I run the same plugins on my laptop, and they're currently working fine.

installed all of those items in the sticky to my machine, still a no-go. Items show up in the decal configuration, but certain ones still aren't appearing in game.
any other advice? would like to avoid a total re-install of decal if possible, but i guess it may come down to that.

did a complete re-install of decal and all of my plugins, and the only one that is showing up in-game is LifeTankX. I installed decal and all of the plugins in a separate directory from the asheron's call install. any other ideas why LTX would show up but nothing else would load???

I installed the msxml4.dll shortly after my original post. unfortunately, it did not fix the problem.
so weird, came back to the game over 2 years ago and have never had any problem like this.

Any particular reason why you set all of your plugins to install to the same directory? I don't think that would cause them to fail, but who knows.

When you installed your plugins, you installed them all into the Decal Plugins folder. You need to install them into their own folder under the Decal Plugins folder. Otherwise if any of the plugins have files that are of the same name, it will cause problems.

re-installed all my plugins in the decal plugins folder, giving each one its own individual folder. once the game servers come up in a couple hours, i'll report if it helped or not.

Here's what I am seeing.
You are running Win XP. There is no reason to install anything to special folders.
Start over installing EVERYTHING to their default install paths. This should fix your problems.

That's not Windows XP. Remember, if someone isn't using the new version of Decal, Windows Vista and Windows 7 will show up as Windows XP.

Just to clarify, I'm running windows 7, 64-bit.
Still no luck. When I uninstalled and reinstalled decal and the plugins, I'm having the same exact issue.
When I uninstalled, I:
-uninstalled all plugins through the decal interface, the only thing I didn't get rid of was the decal hotkey system, since I believe that comes with decal by defaul
-deleted all files/folders that I could find associated with those plugins
-uninstalled decal from add/remove programs (as well at LTX)
-deleted all files/folders that I could find associated with decal

Ball-Cruncher, it's not a Windows XP thing, it's a limitation of that version of Decal. It doesn't know to look for all of those files because those files didn't exist when that version of Decal was released.
galnar, one other thing that I can think of that you can try, though I am not sure if it will help at all, would be to uninstall everything just like you did, but then also make sure to clear out everything from the registry as well.

ball cruncher.. the version of decal that you're running only lists up to .net 2 because that's all that was out when it was created. The latest "beta" releases will show you the later versions of .net and other things.

Another re-install, used the Decal Registry cleaner and didn't help. Tried installing just GoArrow to see if any other plugins might have been causing the problem.
*edit* since I have nothing better to do, probably going to un-install everything, AC client included, and try starting over fresh. Thats about all I can think of to do at this point.

Complete re-install of AC and decal, both in different locations, neither in program files. installed alinco3 as a test plugin, and still having the exact same issue. Get into game, the decal hotbar is there, but I can only see the decal hotkey plugin and nothing else. I've searched these boards up and down and can't find anyone that has had the same issue.
Getting pretty discouraged, but going to post an updated export, just in case anyone else can help.
