Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Anyway, I am confused by the hit rating.

I, on the other hand, prefer a command-line system 'cause i'm so hardcore

Rogue PVP hit question

Melee very rarely attempt to cap white hits (normal attacks)..
To do so, would use just about every enchant and gem slot you have, which winds up nerfing you in the long run.
Only try to cap yellow damage (magic/special attacks)..then go for probably haste as a rogue...
And then only if you are raiding...If you are only PVPing, you only need to be able to hit 85's... , and you can go with less hit as long as that "special"(yellow damage) number stays at zero percent for an 85;)
