Decal wont run

I am trying to get decal to work on Windows 7 but when i load into game with decal on acclient crashes (asherons call runs fine with decal off) I have installed everything into Computer/c/games or wut ever and am running it all as admin

Go to Virindis site and find the little program to remove vtank properly. This is your problem.
