So I'm going to put it here. Please let this run I want to see what kind of reponse Tao can pull out of his ass.  These boards are pretty much dead anyways. Let us have something to post on that actually relates to people that actually play the game.

I understand the players are under no obligations to let other players know about these kinds of events. What baffles me the most is Tao. He is hardly EVER on this late. He's usually logged and gone to bed by this time. Maybe he just got lucky and was on late but it appears as thought he had some sort of prior notice as to a round about time for when this event would happen.
The type of person he tries to show himself as is helpful, caring, and giving. This is not who he is at all. Tao was talking about this event that happened on other servers and was asking if anyone had seen it happen on SC last week. So he already knew it was for a live event. He chose not to tell anyone about it but someone eventually leaked it to the rest of us and we all started to show up. This to me goes against his character. It shows he is greedy and wanted these rewards for just him and his friends. I am glad it was leaked. I had fun.

You are trying to say that Tao somehow had inside information on when the event was going to be run and that he kept it to himself so that he could profit off of it.
You were also saying you were shocked that the post was deleted when calling people out on anything in game is against the forum CoC.
You previously said you didn't even care about Tao or what he did but at the same time had sent off e-mails to Sev and Frelorn because you figured he must have inside information. You also previously said you were close to having action taken on that issue.
So I then asked, based on the fact that your post on the main forums says that it was edited by Sev, how is all that working out for you?
That is at least what I'm getting from your post.

Thats not what I said at all. I said it seems as though he had information. I really have no way to prove that. That's just how it looks.
What I said was that Tao knew it was a live event once someone he was on a call with told him about it. He then chose not to tell anyone else on the server about the live event because he's a greedy douche that wanted to keep all the rewards for himself and his friends only. Then I said I'm glad someone leaked it to someone else otherwise I would have never known about it. Don't put words in my mouth.

Everyone has known (or suspected, which is more likely the case for the majority of the dwindling server population) that he has some kind of 'in' with Turbine. He played on their super-secret-earned-me-a-ban-for-discussing-it-on-VN server years before the proof of it's existence was plastered across the VN server boards - that's the only proof I have. I'm sure there's someone out there that gives more of a crap than I do that has noticed/discovered more.
This is the second or third time that you've brought your vendetta against Tao here, Lace. Wouldn't it be more worth your time to either give it up, or publicly hash it out with him in game (until he squelches you, at least). It's not like post count matters much to anyone anymore.

People think Tao is a know-it-all, which is somewhat true, because he knows more about this game than a lot of experienced players combined. However, that doesn't make the guy as terrible as Lace here is trying to describe. Nothing wrong with Tao - he's a cool dude. I assume it's just something wrong with Lace's attitude, as usual.

Half of what you said isn't even true. You said based on the amount of people that showed up you think there was a global? There was no global. I responded on the AC boards but I'll put it here for people to see as well. There was no global, nothing at all was even mentioned. The only reason more people started to show up was because someone from your group of sheep messaged someone else and the word got passed around and that's when we showed up.
Secondly, you where talking about this live event like last week asking if SC had gotten theirs yet. Fact is you are normally logged off and gone to sleep around the time the event started. You even complained about being awake too long but "it was worth it". Hence the suspicion of you having some notice from one of the Dev's. Maybe you didn't know exactly where or when but it seems as though you had some notice as to a round about time at least. That's how it appears.

People don't think Tao is a know-it-all. Anyone can see that he tries to be one just by the way he act's and talks. I really don't think anyone cares how much he knows about the game. Tao, Gaff, FW, pretty much anyone in their group of friends goes out of their way to get people banned. Tao reports someone and an envoy instantly appears as if he just tabbed over used dual client and logged on as one. They have gone out of their way and searched for people from EoB's clan just to report them and ban them for UCM. Yes UCM is against the CoC, and I am not debating that but to go out of your way like that to track them down. I mean really.
We report people like Dazz who is under FW for calling Gabs a "Cee U Next Tuesday" in /cg among many many other things. Nothing ever happens. My account had no pier red flags on it and I said "homo" in /cg and was told it's hate speech and was banned for 3 days. Calling someone a C is much worse then saying you know a homo in /cg in my opinion.
The population on SC is dwindling. People that do crap like this are causing others to move servers and not want to play on SC. Look how many moved to DT/FF. Prodan, Most of EoB's clan. I'm on other servers as well. I log in on SC to play with the people that don't want to move and am faced with the constant bullcrap that is Tacomagicego.
Tao is not all bad but I strongly disagree with most of things that he does and how he does them. If there is anything I can think of that I left out I'll come post them. Preoccupied with some other things atm.

I'm not saying you're completely unprovoked, Tao can seem a bit pushy at times. However, on the flip side, for similar reasons, a lot of people cannot stand Gabs because she seems to be leaking constantly from the private parts.
It's really a matter of opinion, but that's not an obligation to make an entire thread about it. If you have a problem with Tao, try to sort that out with him IG or via PMs. You're just calling him out straight up though, which isn't going to do you much good.
All I'm saying is that we should all be friends, sing songs and eat good food. No homo.

Wasn't aware I had a flock. Again, as I wasn't the first person there/logged in when it was mentioned, I assumed a global was put out.

Very true, luckily I just arrived home from work and went on to skype and, after talking to Blood Rayne (now Wiz Khalif), logged off and just chatted on skype, then the Reaver of Dreams showed up and I logged back in.

I only report something if I come across it. As I don't hunt FB, MC, or EO, I haven't reported a UCMer in months. As you failed to name an occasion where I searched someone out, I'll have to assume you agree with my assertion. Keep in mind, someone getting banned isn't evidence that I reported them.

Back when I played for nearly 4-5 years I had every patch quest, and live event rare/first item on SC. People asked me a lot if I was an envoy and actually believed I was even after denial. Was just luck of having my dad play and my tradebot of seeing live events lol. Could be just luck, but even if I was forced to choose, I would say he has some sort of connection.

Also, having been talking to Tao when the live event happened, I'd have to say you're full of profanity as usual, Lace. Absinthium was in the town network and saw the Dream Reaver. Not that it pertains to the topic but here goes.
I don't see the point in meaningless sex. I was with my last g/f for 3 years. Kicked her arse to the curb for treating my mother like crap. Glad I did, because about 3 months after I kicked her out I found out she was cheating on me with multiple people. I don't want to go out and sleep with anything I can. That's not who I am. I want to find someone I really want to be with. I go out plenty actually. I meet new people, hang out with old friends whatever happens to be going on at the time. I log into AC when I feel like it and post on the boards when I feel like it.
But hey if you want to treat females like they are some kind of trophy that's up to you. Your only making yourself look like a pig.
I don't see how I am being a "message board crybaby". I was at the event, got my rewards and I never died. I just kind of laughed while I watched so many of the other people there get crushed. I even got a kill on one of the bosses. I ended up with 17-18 MFK's some Lum and my CB sword renamed.
I'm simply pointing out the arrogance of you, Tao and your little clique. Many already view you this way. I just like pointing out the obvious. Drama, ya know it makes the world go round.
