I don't watch any on purpose. I have in the past occasionally watched a few episodes of Pawn Stars though.
However my wife watches a few like Cake Boss, DC Cupcake, and something about wedding dresses. So I catch parts of one she's watching every now and then.

I watched one season of So You Think You Can Dance and when the best dancer was voted off in like fourth place I decided listening to that insipid cow Mary made it not worth it.
Like, you always hear people say things like, "That person is so awful I can't watch the show" but they don't mean it, they are using hyperbole to make a point. In this case I mean it 100%, Mary ruins the show.

I dont make it a habit of watching reality tv most of the time. Just "if its on" and Im watching tv at the time I might stop and watch an episode or two. The few I've seen epsiodes of are:
Top Chef(mostly in marathon form when they do them on Bravo)
Hell's Kitchen
Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares(both british and american versions)
The F Word
Pawn Stars(marathon form here too)
The Glee Project
Hardcore Pawn
Cake Boss(I try to marathon this show but Buddy's voice gets annoying after 2 or 3 shows)

Hell's Kitchen simply because of Gordon Ramsay. But its become so scripted its losing its fun.
For my money the best reality show on today is Masterchef: Australia. The american version is simply horrible, the judges do nothing but try and outdick each other. But the Australian version is an actual fair competition between mostly decent people, and the judges seem to genuinely care instead of just trying to one-up each other.
