Changelog:
* Added Shadow Communication NPCs and Location(s)
* Added Dericost Ritual Investigation NPC

Updating instructions
Go Arrow:
1) Open Go Arrow and go to Atlas > Update
2) Change the URL to wherever you saved the new data_cod.xml file. (In my case C:\data_cod.xml)
3) Make sure Database Type is set to Crossroads of Dereth.
4) Click Update, when Finished click Update a Second time.
Or:
1) Open Go Arrow and go to Atlas > Update
2) Change the URL to http://db.tt/6UlVIW (Only the Original Version of the Database)
3) Make sure Database Type is set to Crossroads of Dereth.
4) Click Update, when Finished click Update a Second time.
Dereth Explorer:
1) Back Up your existing data_cod.xml file located at C:\Program Files\Dereth Explorer\Data\data_cod.xml by default
2) Copy the new Data_cod.xml file to C:\Program Files\Dereth Explorer\Data\
I would like the Asheron's Call Community to verify these locations in your travels. If you happen to notice any errors, Wrong locations / Coordinates, mis-spellings, errors with the quest(s) attached to any location or NPC, ect. ect. Feel free to drop me a message either here (Via PM) or in-game (Guinevere du Avalon on TD, or Darktorizo on Virindi's Chat System) if I happen to be around.

Whats causing GoArrow not to show maps from ACMaps? Im having trouble getting a map in known dungeons that I had before. Any update for this?

Not really sure. Might be a question for Digero as he is the plugin's creator.
Best guesses, ACMaps site was down, or map is not on ACMaps. Other than that, I'm afraid I do not know.

Thx for all the work on the Database. I think I found a missing location. Strangely enough, the NPC in Zaikhal (Aruq ibn Balthar) has been added already, but the dungeon for the quest itself is missing:

Addendum to Changelog for this update
* Added Facility Hub Directions to the TN Directions Files
(As per suggestion from shojimbo back in November) Slight delay on getting it done 
The Locations will now be listed as: Facility Hub (W)(R 1 (35) C)
Or... (West branch, Right side Room 1, (Level 35+) Center Door/Portal)

I think I might be dense, but what's the difference between Vanilla and TN Direction Version? It seems neither has the dungeon map for the town network. I know the Tn version has Tn portals on the map, but what does Vanilla have that that one doesn't?

Vanilla is the "original" version has all the locations in it including olthoi, but lacks the "direction" locations.
As for the map, that is as far as I can tell a "hard-coded" part of GoArrow. GoArrow has a list of dungeon maps that it gets from ACmaps.com, the list can be added to manually, but upon startup reverts to it's original listing, thusly new dungeons/maps can not be added.
I only add the new locations every month, but I did not create GoArrow and therefore there are features I can not change.

When I put the plain vanilla version in Dereth Explorer, I get this error on startup:
"Failed to process loaction (sp) that have been read from c:\program files\dereth explorer\data\data_cod.xml". Error: An item with the same key has already been added."
The program then appears to start normally.

I think I may just be misunderstanding your terminology. When you mean olthoi locations, do you mean olthoi dungeons or locations for people playing olthoi characters? What do you mean for the "directions" locations?

Not sure why GoArrow does not throw an error when it finds this. But that is the problem. Dereth Explorer simply finds it and discards the second entry. (In this case being a true duplicate and not just a duplicate ID#)
Thank you for letting me know about this, I will make the appropriate changes to all file versions when I update for the next Patch.

Olthoi Locations - Locations based on the Playable Olthoi, their home island, the Olthoi Tunnels that they can use for travel to various places ect.
Directions - Town Network and Facility Hub, E.g. Town Network to Holtburg (N L 1) <Coords> ect.
Hope that clarifies things.

Have not been on much,nor had much time to update but the GoArrow Database files should be current as of the May Patch. the Only locations not current are as follows:
Summoning Cave - 29.2S 95.8E
and possibly
Yu Vuo-Ki has also been moved to a new location 8.5S 73.3E
Will add/change them this coming weekend.

I play on DT so I try to avoid Town Network when ever possible For this I'm using your non-TN database. Problem is, I already found a couple of non-existant portals.
Can we submit you this kind of errors somehow? Or just post them here? If so I'll start to write down false portal locations and post them.
