Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Hey all. I've been fiending DAOC now for years now. Seriously considering coming back. I'm not looking to get flamed I'm looking for good information... but I know there will be a few...
Two things I'm looking for...
Is there a "Classic" server? If so how active is it?
The new "PVP" Frontiers. Do they include all the ToA skills and anything that showed up after that?

Now spinning onto 'Rift' ..... incoming flames for me I know..
I have a few friends that I have been game hopping with for a few years now. I've been hearing rumors while in Rift that a few people will be coming from DAoC to RIFT. Wondering if there is a local population idea of what server they will be playing on?

I started playing DAoC before DF, lurked this forum for YEARS and now this board has me registered as Feb '11 because I always failed to click the 'register' button. FML.

there was a classic server but now all servers merged into one server except for mordred and gaheris.
total population of the entire game is maybe 3K players and probably 30% of them are bots.
if your into 8man, your too late its dead.
if your into soloing, your too late its all stealth zergs camping every bridge
