opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Vendor bar goes black

Ever since installing decal, sometimes when I go to interact with a vendor the bar to sell/buy is all black. I have to repeatedly disconnect, reconnect to the vendor until it works. This happens with my chat bar at minimum size or increased.
This occurs regularly.
Very infrequently, I've had my spell bar go black. Also very infrequently, I've had the bar for the contents of a chest go black.
Any ideas what this is due to and how to resolve it?

No one has seen or heard of odd behavior like this?
Update: Ran w/o decal and Virindi bundle and was unable to reproduce the object becoming a black bar.

Have you updated decal in the last few weeks? There was a problem with vendors that was fixed AFTER the last patch. Don't remember it having the effect your describing, but can't hurt to ask.
Is this happening with all vendors, or certain ones?
Also, post a decal export.

Re the decal update, I've hit the update button as late as Thursday.
I've had it happen with the blacksmith, healing, gem and mage vendors in Holtburg, Sawato and Eastham. Doesn't seem to be limited to certain ones.

You have AC installed in the program files directory is the first thing I notice. You will have problems as long as it's installed there. Refer to the sticky at the top of the forum for the correct way to install AC and decal in Win7.
Secondly, your video drivers are a year old. May want to update them.

Since many players are facing the problem of "d3dx9_29.dll Not Found" after logging into XMO. Here are one of the solution i found on other website may help you.
http://www.d3dx9.net/download-missing-d3dx9_29-dll/
because C:\Windows\System32 doesnt have the "d3dx9_29.dll"
so you may browse to this webpage- ,
then "Click here to go to the download of d3dx9_29.dll" to download it.
it will automatically direct to download page, and click "Download d3dx9_29.dll", it will download the "d3dx9_29.zip" ,unzip it and paste into C:\Windows\System32
you're done!
