We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Trying to get decal up but keep getting
"ERROR: Could not get update list .xml. Cannot update - Hosting Server Down?"
Tried to uninstall and reinstalled but this system DOES NOT like Decal to update for some reason. 
Any help would be appreciated.

You can go to the decaldev.com website and download the files by hand to the decal directory. That worked for me.
