Decal will not update says server is unreachable

i tried to update decal on 1 of my machines last night and could not. says the update name is not reachable. so i tried the update utility and got this:
Start Download at: 08:15:46
Error Occured: System.Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: 'decal.dreagis.com'
at System.Net.WebClient.OpenRead(Uri address)
at System.Net.WebClient.OpenRead(String address)
at DecalUtil.Update.FetchUpdateList(IFormStatus status)
Failed to download updatelist.xml

I was able to use the links on the decaldev.com website to update my Decal, since the server is down.
