VTank Error with Vendor

When using the Treetop vendor (mage vendor, "Aun Amanaualuan the Elder Shaman"), I get an error with VTank (with it turned off). So far, this has been the only vendor I've seen this happen with, but it does it everytime I speak with him:

Note, where it says {TONS OF HEX VALUES HERE}, I ommitted the hex dump out, as it's a LOT. If you need these values as well, let me know.

I had same error at same place last night. Also it CTD. When I logged back in all my hats where invisible when equipped. They were still there, but it looked like I had a bare head. When I removed them to inventory they showed up, but when I re-equipped them, they were invisible (spells activated so they were there).
Wierd. Relogging didn't fix. It was late so I just called it a night. I don't even know if the two things are related, it is just that they happened at the same time.
Anyway, great program, keep up the good work.

I have the same issue with the comp vendor in yaraq and celdesh the archmage.

Check the character options panel in AC. There is an option to hide helmets now. Probably got reset.

It looks like this could be due to a protocol change with vendors. If so, Decal's messages.xml will need to be updated to fix it.

I don't think that this is a Vtank problem. I have issues at the treetop vendors too. Something similar used to happen at Master Mages and at bots in the mp.
